Mediation For Results is a program of Just-A-Start Corporation (JAS), a successful and innovative Community Development and Service Corporation (CDC), based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Since 1968, JAS has been active in developing affordable rental and ownership housing, and stabilizing occupied housing through effective packaging of housing rehab and financial resources. Just-A-Start currently administers 22 program components including affordable training, education, counseling and placement services to youth and adults.
