Tenant Wants to Secure Code Related Repairs 

There are three different series of letters you can use to help you secure repairs depending on your specific circumstances.  Start by selecting the series of letters that best matches your situation below:

Letter Series 1
Situation: Landlord/manager and tenant/resident AGREE ON NEEDED REPAIRS and NO INSPECTION report has issued. e.g. no  agency, housing authority, building department,  has written a report etc..
 
Letter Series 2 
Situation  The landlord and tenant DO NOT AGREE ON REPAIRS  to be made AND NO INSPECTION report has issued.  

Letter Series 3 
Situation   Landlord/manager and tenant/resident AGREE ON NEEDED REPAIRS AND INSPECTION REPORT has issued. e.g. building department, housing authority or other agency has inspected and stated which repairs are to be made and when
