Situation: Landlord/Manager and tenant/resident AGREE on needed repairs to AND no inspection has issued. No agency such as housing authority, building department, etc. has written a report or been involved.
Begin with Letter 1 if this does not achieve an effective response, continue to send the following letters as needed: Letter-2: Follow up to 1st letter (Second letter: sent 1 week after Letter 1)
