Mediation for Results (MFR) is a professional mediation, dispute resolution and education service program based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

MFR’s first programs were introduced in 1989 as an innovative and effective way to manage conflict in the area of housing. Since then, MFR has expanded to serve a broader range of clients and has developed new services in direct response to the needs of these clients. Today, MFR offers an array of conflict management and educational services that continue to deliver results.

MFR is part of Just-A-Start Corporation, a leading non-profit community development corporation serving the community since 1968.

Who We Are

Our mediators and trainers at MFR are full-time, experienced professionals who have extensive professional training and are active in the conflict resolution and housing fields.
